1. Types of Reportable Abuse

Users may report incidents, including, but not limited to:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk emails sent from DYCART services
  • Malware, viruses, or phishing attempts hosted on DYCART servers
  • Hacking attempts, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access
  • Illegal content or copyright infringement
  • Any activity violating DYCART’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

2. How to Report Abuse

To report abuse, provide as much detail as possible:

  • Your Name and Contact Information
  • Affected Service or URL
  • Date and Time of Incident
  • Detailed Description of the Issue
  • Attachments or Screenshots, if available

Please note: Reports sent to general support emails may experience delays. Use the dedicated abuse contact for faster resolution.

3. Response Commitment

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of receiving a report
  • Investigation: Typically completed within 3–7 working days, depending on severity
  • Resolution: Actions may include:
    • Removal or suspension of offending content
    • Account suspension or termination for violators
    • Reporting to legal authorities, if necessary

DYCART may not provide updates on every step for privacy or legal reasons but will ensure the complaint is addressed.

4. Legal & ICANN Compliance

  • DYCART adheres to ICANN’s requirements for abuse handling and takedown procedures.
  • We comply with Indian IT laws, DPDP 2023, and applicable cybercrime regulations.
  • Users must ensure reports are truthful and accurate; false abuse reports may result in account action.
